John Part 2 Bible Study Journal

In John 1-6, we saw Jesus reveal Himself through miraculous signs, showing His divine authority and compassion. He proclaimed Himself as the Bread of Life, calling people to believe in Him for eternal satisfaction.

There’s a noticeable shift as we step into John 7-12. The tension is rising. The crowds are divided. The religious leaders are growing more hostile. And through it all, Jesus continues to boldly declare who He is. In these chapters, we’ll hear Him make some of His most powerful and polarizing claims—calling Himself the Light of the World, the Good Shepherd, and the Resurrection and the Life. With each declaration, Jesus offers hope to those who believe and exposes the hardened hearts of those who reject Him.
